Hooked On Sooke is a charter operation for cruising and fishing in comfort and style on board The Rig, moored at the government wharf in Sooke and just a 45 minute scenic drive from Victoria, the capital of British Columbia. The Rig, a 42' Bertram Sport fisher, is equipped with state-of-the-art navigation and fish-finding technology including new sonar and down imaging. Powered by twin diesel engines, it has a cruising speed of 16- 19 km/h (10-12 mph) and a top speed of 48 km/h (30 mph) which will get you out to some of the best Pacific salmon fishing on the coast in just 15 minutes from the dock.
With her spacious lounge, modern toilet facilities and large open cockpit, she is ideally suited for all occasions - birthday & wedding parties, anniversaries, family get-togethers or business meetings. Even memorials at sea can be arranged. The interior has been fully updated to offer stylish accommodations and entertainment features. The well-equipped galley allows guests to fix meals - handy for breakfast for those early morning departures. Beds are available for guests who want to catch a nap.
